Samsung is developing tablets that will have a display size larger than 12-inches. Digitimes claims the upstream supply chain believes manufacturers like Samsung and is trying to create a new market segment to sway consumers away from smaller-sized devices. If the news had come from the site alone, we could have taken this with a pinch of salt but the rumours about a 12-inch+ tablet has circulated for a while.
